The websites of LinkedIn and Indeed have many benefits to them. They allow for a recruiter to see who would be the best fit for a job and allows the job searcher to know what they are getting into before applying to a job listing. In the past, job recruiters and job lookers had a difficult process laid out for them before technology and especially before websites like LinkedIn and Indeed. Many people were blinded one way or another with an ad or a posting that did not sell the full picture, so having these websites is great for college graduates or anyone to look at. 


Anyone is able to get results on their profile if they have great connections and if they know what to look for. It is very important for a person to think about how their profile looks before they finish any concrete steps on it. Perceptions of the profiles of people on LinkedIn and Indeed change, depending on who is looking at them, but it is so important for others to communicate in a professional manner on sites such as those where perception is everything.

To have a profile that gets results someone needs to have a lot of experience backing them that they can show to a future recruiter. No one is going to get many profile hits if they do not have the experience or the skills backing what they are saying on their profile. 


Some of the LinkedIn profiles that will get results are those that have a lot of experience and have connections that will benefit from having more connections than not. The same goes for people in Indeed. These kinds of profiles need to have motivation driving them and need to have the backing of good opportunities and connections. 



Many of the profiles that get results are newsletters, celebrities, and CEO's. They have the following backing them up, the right qualifications and verifications, and the wisdom and knowledge that comes with their positions. Having a lot of knowledge and a lot of wisdom to bestow upon others is a great quality to have and it is very great when a person of this caliber ends up connecting with you. 



Having a mentor-like figure that someone goes to on their profile to gather knowledge from that higher up person will translate into how someone goes about looking at profile views in the long run. It is so important to make sure those high profiles align with your own. 



To summarize, LinkedIn and Indeed are two equally great websites that provide great opportunities for job recruiters and job lookers to go to and search for. Someone with high profile views and someone that can be looked up to when a person first joins sites like these. It is always a great thing to have great connections and build repor with different people on these kinds of job sites.
